Good morning,

I have scanned help topics but could not find where but is probably out there somewhere, that I purchased my usage thru AMP Trading. I thought it would be seamless but the software keeps asking me for money and logging me off. I then tap F11 and I am reconnected. This repeats after 5 or 10 minutes. Have they not paid you?

It sounds like you are logging into Sierra Chart with an incorrect account. In particular, if you are logging into the software using the same account that you posted this Support Thread from, then that account is expired.

You need to login to Sierra Chart using the AMP supplied Account Name and Password. Refer to the information here for how to do this:
