Hello Sierra Chart team
Short question. I am currently at the broker AMP and have the data feed Rithmic.

Now I want to make the following adjustments.
I no longer want to trade live on Sierra Chart. But I still want to trade in demo mode, is that possible? And I would like to get the data via the Sierra Chart platform for backtesting.

I need the following:
The future live data from CL, GC, ES, LE, etc. (with market depth, without EUREX)
and additional need "ONLY" the historical data of stocks. Are there historical data from Switzerland and Germany or only from the USA?
What would you offer me Should I quit at AMP and come straight to you? Can you please tell me which data feed should I subscribe to directly from you?

Thanks a lot.
Best regards
Bounty

We apologize for the delay.

You can certainly use Sierra Chart Trade Simulation Mode:
Trade Simulation

To get the Real-Time Futures data from the CME, you would need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed and enable the "Full CME Group with Market Depth for Non-Professionals" exchange.

This requires that you connect to your trading account once a month to validate your Non-Professional status with the CME Group.

Alternatively we recommend this solution:
Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement

Given this, here are your costs:
- Denali Exchange Data Feed: $25.00 USD per month
- Full CME Group with Market Depth for Non-Professionals Exchange: $31.20 USD per month

Total: $56.20 USD per month for the data

Refer to the information here for the Denali Exchange Data Feed:

With regards to historical data, you will be using this service:
Sierra Chart Historical Data Service

There is historical data available for US stocks and for the stocks on Cboe Europe.

Hello Sierra team
Thanks a lot for your quick answer.
A quick question, for example, when I load the historical data (day candles) from the product "ABB".
Description: Abb Ltd
Symbol: "ABB"
Is a Swiss share.
I used "SC Data-All Servies".

When I compare the day candles with Teletrader in the chart or directly from the stock exchange, I sometimes have big differences. Can you please tell me what I'm doing wrong? Or do I have to adjust something in the settings?

A short example:
Symbol: "ABB"
at 16.03.2020 the low is at 15.35 in Sierra chart
at Teletrader and Interacte-Brokers the low is 14.11
or
at 29.05.2020 the low is at 19.42 for Sierra chart
at Teletrader and Interacte-Brokers the low is 18.79

Thank you for your help.
Best regards
Bounty

Hello Sierra Chart Team
Quick question. Do you know why I have 10-minute delays in the ES? I'm supposed to have live data.
I subscribed to the Broker-AMP, the live data for the stock exchange CME-Realtime.

Thank you for your answer.

You need to contact AMP and have them finish the setup for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. They have not done that yet.

Hello dear Sierra-Chart Team.
Short question
Could you please briefly say what the stock symbol for these three Swiss shares is?

I need the historical data (daily candlesticks) of these three Swiss stocks

(SWX stock exchange stocks)
NESTLE N (NESN) Security number 3886335
NOVARTIS N (NOVN) Security number 1200526
ROCHE GS (ROG) Security number 1203204

Are these shares available via "SC-Data-All-Services"?
