I'm having trouble logging in again, Just paid this months bill, getting login error message.

It says, Your Logon ia disabled. contact your FCM

That message is from your trading provider, not from Sierra Chart. As it states, you need to contact your FCM to find out what the problem is with your login credentials.

Also, we note that you did not reactivate a Denali Data Feed Exchange. You can reactivate the particular exchange(s) you want on this page:

Something is amiss, I just made a payment of 67 this morning

I only need Pack 5

and 1 Denali data feed

both together should less than 60 bucks

now its saying I need to add another $36

Still have login error

The message about $36 is stating that you will need a balance of $36.00 in your account when your monthly Sierra Chart usage time renews, which will be on June 9, 2020 (7 days from now). So you would need an additional $15.90.

With regards to the exchanges, you activated 2 exchanges, but if you have the "Full CME Group with Market Depth for Non-Professionals" active, then you do not need the "CME With Market Depth". We recommend you deactivate the "CME With Market Depth" selection. Just be aware that since those funds go to the exchange directly, we are unable to refund the money.

For the login error, you need to contact your FCM. There is something wrong with your credentials when trying to login to CQG.

I cannot even find the page to deactivate the "CME With Market Depth" selection.

How do I request a refund from the exchange directly ??

Sorry, we did not mean for you to reactivate both if they were not necessary. We were simply letting you know that you needed to reactivate the Denali data feed and an exchange in order to get the data.

According to AMP it was because I didn't have enough cash in my account.

But then I joined TopStep trader have their combine login instructions and it still will not connect???

I never did like Rithmic, what program or software backs you denali exchange data feed? Is it Bar Chart?
