The message about $36 is stating that you will need a balance of $36.00 in your account when your monthly Sierra Chart usage time renews, which will be on June 9, 2020 (7 days from now). So you would need an additional $15.90. With regards to the exchanges, you activated 2 exchanges, but if you have the "Full CME Group with Market Depth for Non-Professionals" active, then you do not need the "CME With Market Depth". We recommend you deactivate the "CME With Market Depth" selection. Just be aware that since those funds go to the exchange directly, we are unable to refund the money. For the login error, you need to contact your FCM. There is something wrong with your credentials when trying to login to CQG.
