I am trying to log in this evening. I am using required by OneUp Trader Combine Rithmic Data in conjunction with Sierra Chart. I've received confirmation with OneUP and Rithmic (RTtrader) that they able to sign-on with my credentials. I cannot sign-on with Sierra Charts from my end. Can you help. I've pasted the M Log below and attached file of latest software on SC. Please advise.

I've downloaded those files you've addressed and read the prior post. I still cannot sign-on. I am using this this connection as a combine account with OneUP Trader. Where do I get further support if this is still not working? I've attached the updated files where they were downloaded.

Ok we see the problem. Those certificate files must not end with .txt. Remove the file extension from them.

Alright, the problem came back again. I contacted OneUP trader and Rithmic and everything can be accessible on their end. Sierra Charts will not log in. I will get a connection for about 2 seconds and then it drops out. I went back to the RIM folder and everything looks intact. What else do I need to check? I am currently running version 2113. I tried upgrading last week and the colors on my charts got disturbed and went back to the older version. Not sure if this will create the disconnect. Please advise. Thank you.

We cannot help with this at all. We have maintained a clear position that support for Rithmic has been discontinued, for more than six months now. You will need to use another program other than Sierra Chart if you are wanting to use OneUP trader.

We are in the process of ending our affiliation with all of those trading evaluator/funding companies and developing an alternative. This will be complete by the end of the year we expect.
