We cannot help with this at all. We have maintained a clear position that support for Rithmic has been discontinued, for more than six months now. You will need to use another program other than Sierra Chart if you are wanting to use OneUP trader.

We are in the process of ending our affiliation with all of those trading evaluator/funding companies and developing an alternative. This will be complete by the end of the year we expect.
