Delay in Profile Charting

To Sierra Support,

I am experiencing delays in my profile charting.

For example, it is 20 minutes into the cash session on 5/28/2020 and my market profile charting shows to still be in the Globex session. The price is following along with the market as if it is real time but instead of showing A period for the day it is still in the last period for Globex.

I have attached a screenshot of the Market Profile with the East Coast time in the bottom right corner.

I have contacted AMP several times and they have assured me all data and packages are correct.

I would appreciate any and all help in order to troubleshoot this matter.

I am willing to pay for the telephone or screen share support in order to expedite this as well.

Are you getting your data from CQG, or were you intending to get it from Sierra Chart using the Denali Exchange Data Feed?

We need to ask, as we see that you have partially setup the Denali Exchange Data feed, but it was not completed properly. If you are not getting data from CQG, then this would explain why you would only be seeing Delayed data.

If you want to use the Denali Exchange Data feed, then you will need to resubmit the Exchange Agreements. There was a problem with the name on your Sierra Chart Exchange versus what you signed on the agreement. You can check your Sierra Chart name and update if necessary here:
