Hi, I'm on my trial, searching for a software able to run Renko+HeikinAshi on BitMEX charts. I've been working with SC for the past days and noticed this terrible outcome:

Plenty of times (specially for lower Renko values) many bars are being plot at once (WITHIN THE SAME SECOND). In the picture below, I set my Renko size to $3 and you can see a spread of $18 (FIVE BARS) printed on the same time.

And no, the price didn't change $18 in 1 second, I could clearly see a giant bar forming (for several seconds) before it bursts into several regular sized bars.

This would be fine if it was only a visual thing, but it's not. It completely screws with the Trading System Indicator based on Candle Close because it oftenly falls into this 5-bars-delay, sometimes, triggering both Short AND Sell alerts at the same time (one for Trading System Long and other for Trading System Short) if one of the candles plot .

Please help me fix this issue and become a Sierra user.

Thanks for your attention.

Go to File >> Data/Trade Service Settings and set the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit to 1 tick.
Then go to Edit >> Delete All Data And Download.

Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings)
