Go to File >> Data/Trade Service Settings and set the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit to 1 tick. Then go to Edit >> Delete All Data And Download. Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings)
