Hi, Is there any way to get more than 2 days of NISS-SP intraday data? If I select historical charts I can get many days back. But intraday is limited to 2 days. Thanks Matt |

Sadly it still doesn't work. For others, such as NISS-NYSE_NASDAQ_NYSEMKT, it works fine (downloads many days and weeks). But for NISS-SP I can get maximum 2-3 days intraday. I closed SC and deleted the data file for NISS-SP, but this did not fix the issue. I changed the intraday storage from tick to seconds but this also didn't help. Any ideas? Thanks Matt |

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download". I also can't get it to work for NVOL (tried for NYSE and SP etc). Maximum I can get intraday is 2 or 3 days. I've tried CQG data, SC data. I've tried upgrading my SC to latest version. Updated symbol settings from server. Deleted and redownloaded data. Nothing works. There's no intraday data going back further than 3 days for most of the market statistics. Please help. Log.... Tell us the exact steps you followed to re-download the data. It looks like you might have just simply initiated the download from the shortcut menu within the chart which you cannot do. I'm so sorry, you're right. Tick data was set to 2. I thought it would just download non-tick data for days > 2 It seems to be working now. Thanks again! |
