Hey, So far in the last month, these are the things that have happened to me. Profit calculating wrong in trades- reinstalled the software I had 2 contracts on and they just vanished once from the dom. I had to flatten out of the position Yesterday the profit calculations just stop working today my profits from yesterday and today were combined. I just came back from lunch now it's back to zero How can I fix these errors so it does not continue? Also, do you get a commission on Denali if so I will do it that way if not ill just switch to it via amp

Amp told me to uninstall and reinstall the software. The AMP guy said that is what the Sierra support group recommends. It is regarding the daily PNL Randomly resetting. It does it at random times throughout the day. Today it has not reset the pnl at a random time. I double-check settings The orders disappearing but still on, was the first day of the Sierra data feed. Which i am switching too. Right now I add the study VBP all bars on chart, and I get the current bar for volume profile. Still working on that, but I don't think it's my studies. I use 2 2 tick Renko charts, with the exact same zig zag study and they calculate at different prices on length and price. I downloaded the latest version today and hopefully, this fixes things, I am telling you thought it's something wonky with the software on my platform. That or I am idiot and don't understand what all bars in a 1000 day chart means.

Reinstalling is what people who are "unknowledgeable" about the solution would do. Since we know what the solutions would be in all cases, we never recommend that. Run the current version, and understand the reset time: Trade Activity Log: Understanding Daily Trade Statistics Reset Time You may have had a problem with this in some prior versions where the reset would be at an unexpected time based upon if you had a different time zone setting set in the chart.
