DOM volume profile reset

Good mornig, the DOM volume profile gets resets from time to time during day sessions. Look at the picture below. Thank you very much! |

Hello. I have the same issue and I don't know how to solve this. Before the open, I would like to have the volume profile, and at the open, the volume reset. I tried to use different settings, change the session times but it doesn't work ! Thank you :) Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-09-19 15:40:18

It sounds like you should have the "Volume Graph Period Type" set to "From Session Start Time to End", which will then give you the most recent Volume by Price profile when the session time changes. Just keep in mind that if you are using the Evening Session, then that would be the start of that session, so you may need to change your Session Times based on what you are wanting. Hi. I tried all the settings possible and it didn't work. I want a volume profile which reset at 3:30 pm, but with From "Session Start Time to End" the volume profile is like in the 1st picture on the post.

The VbP in the first post makes sense when it is just starting to get built. In other words, when the profile is based on the start of the session and you are looking at the profile right around the time of the session start, then the VbP will not have a lot of data to display, which is what we see in that original image.
