TPO Chart Displaying Differently Than Friend's

I have a friend who sent me a TPO chart, however when loaded on my computer it displays drastically different than what is seen on his. Note what I have circled in red, the open and closes are very different, as well as the range, etc. Opening a candle chart for the same period, I can clearly see that mine is the one displaying the incorrect values. How do I fix this?

Thanks!

Thanks, I went through all that and still have the problem.

With further investigation I found out that Sierra is using Saturday close values to close/open the week where as it should be using Sunday. I went through all the daily candles and compared them and Saturday's closes line up perfectly with where Sierra is closing the week. I saw a help page on reverse session times, but that isn't my problem either because I have my start time set to 00:00:00 and end time set to 23:59:59. Do you have any ideas what could be causing this?
