cant open sierra chart

hay!

from some reason i cant open the system

i used all the time and everything was fine

now i get this situation (send a screenshot)

its like that 1 week

pleas let me know what to do or maybe cancel the user and make a new one

Sierra Chart is running, but the main window is very small. You need to enlarge it. You can see its title bar. For help connecting to IB, refer to:

Sierra Chart is running, but we do not know why it is showing in the state that it is. That is an Operating System issue.

The one thing that you may not have tried is to simply double-click on the Title Bar for the window. It looks like it is in a "Roll Up" mode, where the window has been hidden and leaves just the title bar.

Otherwise, we cannot help with why it is in that state. We do not offer support for Sierra Chart running on Apple.

i cant conect the sierra chart to interactiv brokers when i uesd one more system (bookmap)

its something that i dont have befor,,,

if you can halp me its ok

if not i ask to cancel the payment of 36 dollars thati have made yesterday...its the second month that i dont use sierra but pay...
