Sierra Chart is running, but we do not know why it is showing in the state that it is. That is an Operating System issue. The one thing that you may not have tried is to simply double-click on the Title Bar for the window. It looks like it is in a "Roll Up" mode, where the window has been hidden and leaves just the title bar. Otherwise, we cannot help with why it is in that state.
