I have a few questions I am hoping you can help me with. I have been using my brokers DOM for trade execution for some time now but only recently decided to use the Sierra DOM for analytical purposes. My problem is I am only getting two levels of depth and they aren’t even matching up well with what I see on the Infinity DOM … yes, I am using a Trans Act feed. I have gone over all the help files and checked all depth settings multiple times and still no luck. So my first question is this another Trans Act data issue or am I just missing something in the instructions? No matter the answer to the above question I am getting fed up with the TA feed and thinking about testing Denali. I do however want to make sure I have pricing correct though. So it’s $25 a month without order routing plus exchange fee. Ergo if I went with CBOT for non-professional it would be $35.40 a month correct? Finally I am assuming I simply add funds to my account for payment purposes and can add additional exchanges anytime in the future? Appreciate the help, JG |

Okay so I did some reading here on the board and believe I answered my own question about the Denali feed but still not sure what the problem is with the DOM levels. Is it a TransAct issue or do I need to hit the help files again? JG |

I finally ran down the problem and the onus is entirely on me. I focused on setting DOM levels thinking that was the problem and neglected to double check enable market depth data in service settings. My apologies. JG |
