I have issue with sierrachart getting disconnect multiple times throughout the day? it doesn't automatically reconnect, i have to always press the connect button.
is there a way to fix this?

Is it possible to set a limit at a price, i then want another limit set 6 ticks below it, stop loss both at 12 tick, take profit at 12 and 24 tick. can this be done all with one click? i can do it manually, just don't like too much clicking.

With CQG this is going to be a problem. Refer to:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Frequent Server Disconnections when Using CQG

And enable the reconnect option:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Reconnect on Failure (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings)

Regarding the second question, you need to use what are called Attached Orders:

Attached Orders

And that is the only safe way to do these order types. The way you are doing it is inherently unsafe because there is not automatic canceling of related orders. And if you use the Sierra Chart order routing service:
Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service

You will have server-side management of these orders.

You are going to have a world of difference for the better by just using the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service. No reason not to use it, if you are trading the CME group of markets.

For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, *change* to the Teton service:
