I had troubly signing up this morning and updated my account balance to cover future reNWALS my feed resumed but the time on the hcarts appear 10-13 minutes behind actual timt. How do I resolve this ? |

You first need to add additional funds to your account in order to cover the cost of the Exchange Fees. Then you can renew the Denali Exchange Data Feed and the Exchanges that you need. I added funds as required earlier this morning. As to Denali I wanted to try without it first to evaluate the reapply if necessary later

indeed I spoke to Ray and told him I signed up with Amp futures who received the funds, However the funds need till May6-7 to clear and meanwhile I need live feed to trade on sim account with sierra charts without Enali possibly to evaluate, All I need is trade Es mini on some sim account until my funds clear with Amp futres,What do I need to do without going through a multituede of SC references and cross references, thank you.

Thanks Ray for your help. The funds cleared at amp futures and upon reviewing their trading platform application, I'm still wondering how to proceed without g0ing thro a plethora of instructions with Amp and Sierra. Basically here is my Dilema: Iam am a simple non commercial trader interrested in trading the emini Sp futures only with a small account of $5-10k and about 5-10 trades per day. I would like to know in simple terms whch is the most cost effective way to proceed: 1-go with Amp futures Trading account no Data feed/and separately use and pay for Sierra Platform and Data feed and 2-Go with Amp futures all the way with Sierra Platform and CQG feed Would appreciate your help and advice in this matter If you could Thanks |

Sorry Ray for misunderstanding. Im not asking you to evaluate amp pricing. I have my ampfutures account all set and funded and got a pass word amd Username. I also note that my ampfutures aCCOUNT #126415 is listed in my accounts in SCharts. My question now is how do I trade the Ampfutures account from my sierra charts account I tried signing in sierra with ampfuture credential but it didnt work I'm available anytime tonight if you wish to call Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-05-07 00:29:19

I was assigned a user name and Pasword by ampfuture and instructed to use thwm whe signing up on SC. I did and the UN and PW were accepted by SC Log in screen but I got only delayed data and a message stating 'trading account not assigned". Your comments pleace, Note: I wS NOT ABLE TO REACH THIS THREAD with the new account info. So I had to resign in under my old personal account to reach this thread and update |

The trading account has not been assigned to your new Sierra Chart account through AMP yet. This is something that AMP will do. You definitely will not have any trouble using the support board with your new Sierra Chart account from AMP and you can just login with Help >> Support Board from within Sierra Chart when using that account in Sierra Chart.
