I have package 5. not sure why the issue. here is my log, any help would be appreciated. We want you to manually run the installer from this location: C:\Users\kenno\Desktop\Sierra 1\SierraChart2095\SierraChartFileDownloader.exe. Let us know if you can start the installer. This is also an unusual location to install Sierra Chart and we suspect this is the reason for the problem. Normally we recommend C:\SierraChart. If you want to later move the installation, refer to: Transferring Sierra Chart Settings and Data From Existing Installation to New Installation We have also removed of the lockout for version 2095. Restart Sierra Chart for now so you have immediate access. So that is the first thing to do, is restart Sierra Chart for now, then you can update later on.
