We want you to manually run the installer from this location: C:\Users\kenno\Desktop\Sierra 1\SierraChart2095\SierraChartFileDownloader.exe. Let us know if you can start the installer. This is also an unusual location to install Sierra Chart and we suspect this is the reason for the problem. Normally we recommend C:\SierraChart.
