Hello, Apparently I received information from your support team that my account has been identified as Professional by the vendor Barchart. This is not correct as I am an amateur using Service Package 3. Please help me in rectifying this as it is signifcantly impacting my usage of your platform. If you are already looking into this, please do me the courtesy of acknowledging that and letting me know. Thank you. |

Yes we will contact them about this, but this is not something we can immediately resolve even if at all. And it looks like it is related to the name on your Sierra Chart account.

That was a random place holder name I put there just to sign up. I had no idea that vendors would be making account decisions simply by reading account names. I have updated this to reflect my actual name. Thank you for your attention to this. Please prioritize this issue as much as you can, as it is limiting my ability to use your platform. |

I had no idea that vendors would be making account decisions simply by reading account names. Yes they do. And they do background checks as well. The exchanges instill fear in them. Exchanges impose penalties.It is a very difficult relationship, when users just want the data, but yet there are compliance with exchanges which have to be handled, which carry heavy penalties if there is noncompliance.
