Hello, Apparently I received information from your support team that my account has been identified as Professional by the vendor Barchart. This is not correct as I am an amateur using Service Package 3. Please help me in rectifying this as it is signifcantly impacting my usage of your platform. If you are already looking into this, please do me the courtesy of acknowledging that and letting me know. Thank you.
