Incorrect sequence in candles on my account

Hi, there's an erroneous sequence in the candles.
You can see it in the screenshot of a M30 chart. As you can see from the timer there is a discrepancy between the real clock and the duration of the candle of several minutes.
Compared to the charts of my brother in the account ** the sequence of my candles is different while using the same financial tool MESM20_FUT_CME and the same settings.
What can I do to fix this error?

The local clock is irrelevant. You need to look at the time of the last trade which you can see on the Region Data Line at the top of the chart:

I read the two suggested topics and they don't solve my problem.
In addition to the non-synchronism with the system clock, the serious problem is that the sequence of candles on my 30-minute chart shows, but also in the other higher time frames, is different from what my brother sees and in this way it becomes impossible to coordinate the strategies.
The settings in "Data/Trade Service settings" and in "Chart Settings" are identical in the 2 accounts.
In addition, my brother has the chart clock perfectly coordinated with system clock..

Well we first need to understand the problem. The Countdown Timer is correct based upon the last trade time and the time period per bar, in that screenshot you attached. So we do not see a problem. Is the problem that the chart is not up-to-date to the current time?

We are not understanding what you mean by "sequence of candles". We need more specific details about that.

However, it is best to focus on just one issue at a time.

If I see the chart of my brother, the high-low of the candles are different from the high-low sequence of my chart. So the two chart are different.

The countdown timer works well, if I don’t see the chart of my brother what I notice is Only the lack of coordination with the System time.

In the case of post #5 we really need to see an image of both charts. Maybe the bar starting times are different. But you say the Chart Settings are the same. But we have to validate this.
