For about the past 2 weeks my sierra charts platform has been pausing...disconnecting from the data-feed and reconnecting by itself. Sometimes it pauses and I have to manually disconnect and reconnect. On other occasions, rather than pausing it will just load the data extremely slow, (say near the VWAP or other potentially high volume areas) pause, and continue loading data extremely fast to catch up. This was not an issue before, but seeing as to how my bracket orders disappear if the disconnections occur, it is certainly a major issue now. I have downloaded the current version of sierra charts, and am still experiencing the same issue.

We see you are using Rithmic. Please take our advice and discontinue Rithmic. If you want a refund we will do that but we can see your account is is expiring at the end of the month. We absolutely do not advise at all users use Rithmic with Sierra Chart. We have fully discontinued support for Rithmic.

Based on what you described this is simple going to be a Rithmic specific issue.
