On the trading dom I changed the coffee prices so they read eg 124.50 and not as your setting of 1.2450.

As soon as the dom was removed and then bought back on the reading went to your original settings and format.

How do I save the changes made to the dom?

Make sure you save it as a Chartbook:
Chartbooks (Workspaces)

And open that same Chartbook.

Make sure this option is unchecked:
Chart Settings: Auto Set from Data Feed (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu)

Auto set from data feed is already unchecked...still refuses to save the changes.

Why don't you try it on your charts and see if the changes can be saved?

You are logging into this support board with 2 different Sierra Chart accounts. You started with User434050 (this is your Support Board name, not your Sierra Chart Account Name, which we do not show) which is associated with an up to date account. Then you switched to User90927 which is associated with an expired account. You need to continue to login with the account that is associated with User434050.

The easiest thing to do is to make sure you get to the Support Board by selecting Help >> Support Board from within the Sierra Chart software, as that will automatically log you in with the account that you are running the Sierra Chart software.

In regards to post #5 we are definitively not going to have a problem with the Chart Settings not saving.

A test is pointless.

Maybe there is an issue related to Chart Linking causing the settings to change:
Working With Charts: Chart Linking

But this really does not make sense. What specific setting is changing?

If related:

I have a chart with DOM. It uses its own graphics setting (not global). And the "Chart Grid Secondary" settings wont save between restarts. However, setting for the "Chart Grid" do save. I can change both at the same time: one will save, the other will not.

This has been resolved.
