You are logging into this support board with 2 different Sierra Chart accounts. You started with User434050 (this is your Support Board name, not your Sierra Chart Account Name, which we do not show) which is associated with an up to date account. Then you switched to User90927 which is associated with an expired account. You need to continue to login with the account that is associated with User434050. The easiest thing to do is to make sure you get to the Support Board by selecting Help >> Support Board from within the Sierra Chart software, as that will automatically log you in with the account that you are running the Sierra Chart software.
