Cannot login to My CQG AMP account i updated twice and updated PC windows 7 https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=SupportTickets used this link and cannot connect to my account i am enabled on AMP Side i get a error CQG Web Socket Closed can you please check thx

We need to see your Message Log. Follow these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
