I have Sierra Direct with Denali data. The broker is Infinity. I thought I set it up correctly and entered my account number. However, I am on a delay no mater what I try.
Also, should I be logging in through my previous Infinity icon ( I previously had Sierra enabled through Infinity) or should I be logging in through the new Sierra Icon?
I have tried to connect on both with no luck.
