Real time data not updating

Hi, I have this oil future's intraday 1-hour chart open in a chart book. The ticker is CLK20. It seems that the prices are not updating in time.

Please see attached screenshot- the time is 10:07 am (14th/April) when the picture was taken, however the latest bar the 1 hour chart showing is the bar starting at 9:00 am.

The other issue with the chart is, as you could see, the latest bar (the 1 hour bar starting at 9:00), is a flat doji. However, actually the price of the future dropped a lot in this 1 hour period according exchange data and a trading platform data. It seems there is something wrong with the update of the chart. By the way I am on the latest version.

Please let me know.

I was using eurusd under forex symbol. It is exactly 1 hour delayed and i am on 14 day trial right now.

Is the chart updating continuously? Or not updating at all.

Maybe the time zone is not correct:

The chart is constantly not updating. i have attached a screenshot of my chartsetup, you can have a look at my current time and chart time. i am in UK and have set the time zone to London already. please help

That chart clearly is updating in real time. That is very obvious based on the data delay (DD) indicator at the top. It is not showing any delay.

Make sure you have the Chart itself set to the correct time zone (or set to the Global Time Zone Setting, and that that is correct).
