There is no connection to the Sierra Chart.
Help connect.

We apologize for not making our support policy clear regarding Rithmic at first . We have discontinued all technical support for Rithmic. And we see you are with AMP. Please contact them and tell them to move you either over to the Sierra Chart order routing service from Rithmic:

Or to CQG if you are trading exchanges other than the CME group of exchanges.

It really is a mistake to be using Rithmic especially with your location. You are going to have connectivity problems.
