Hello,

My broker is AMP. After a while using CQG, I'm gonna give a try to your Denali DF.

AMP says that I'm already set up with Denali, however I see this in the Log:

Enabled for exchange2: CME (Trading Account Required) | 2020-04-02 21:27:18.718
Enabled for exchange2: CBOT (Trading Account Required) | 2020-04-02 21:27:18.718
Enabled for exchange2: COMEX (Trading Account Required) | 2020-04-02 21:27:18.718
Enabled for exchange2: NYMEX (Trading Account Required) | 2020-04-02 21:27:18.718

Another Question:

Since the naming of the symbols is different, the GBs of CQG data that I have in the SSD, are of no use anymore, right? the market depth files of the CQG symbols, also useless?

And another thing, The Trade Activity Log shows no record of any trading activity, none. But this began to happen like 2/3 weeks ago. I was expecting my trading records to come back with some of the improved releases but is not happening; still all zeros. Not related to Denali DF, of course.

I'm in v2074. I keep up with latest releases. The completely empty TAL began around 206x

Thank you

No this is definitely not correct. Follow the instructions here to use CQG and the Denali Exchange Data Feed at the same time:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Integration with Trading Services

And another thing, The Trade Activity Log shows no record of any trading activity, none. But this began to happen like 2/3 weeks ago.
As long as the trade activity data files are present, there should not be a problem but we want you to convert the trade activity as explained in the notes here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Whats_New.php#SCVer2050

After that follow the instructions here to view the activity:

I'm not going to use CQG anymore. What for? I was asking about the datafiles. No big deal, I'll remove them.

I did that conversion of the TAL back in February. I've done it again now, following your instructions. Same results. All zeros.

what about this:

Enabled for exchange2: CME (Trading Account Required) | 2020-04-03 11:35:25.159
Enabled for exchange2: CBOT (Trading Account Required) | 2020-04-03 11:35:25.159
Enabled for exchange2: COMEX (Trading Account Required) | 2020-04-03 11:35:25.159
Enabled for exchange2: NYMEX (Trading Account Required) | 2020-04-03 11:35:25.159

and not being able to see the updated balance of my account?

May be the AMP guys didn't do the set up properly?

Or should I do something else?

Thank you

You still need to use CQG or some method of order routing because that is necessary to authorize the CME data. This indicates a trading account is required:

Enabled for exchange2: CME (Trading Account Required) | 2020-04-03 11:35:25.159
Enabled for exchange2: CBOT (Trading Account Required) | 2020-04-03 11:35:25.159
Enabled for exchange2: COMEX (Trading Account Required) | 2020-04-03 11:35:25.159
Enabled for exchange2: NYMEX (Trading Account Required) | 2020-04-03 11:35:25.159

Related information:

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

Refer to the following for instructions on how to connect once a month to your *live funded* trading account to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees

If you do not have a funded trading account or one with a supported trading service, then refer to this solution:
Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement

We recommend using the above solution in any case to avoid this problem in the future.
