my sierrachart data was delayed 10 to 15 mins

Last month, I bought a new laptop for trading in March.
I was trying to uninstall the sierra chart from my old laptop, however, I could not find any key to remove this software.
so I installed it to my new laptop. It worked fine with the new setting. I keep using the new laptop for the sierra chart and never open at the same time.
Today, April 1st, the sierra was not working well..... all the data was delayed.
Questions:
1) is it the reason I installed the software on two laptop (even I just use one)?
2) is it possible if I can remove the sierra chart from the old laptop?
2) in case I am going to buy another new pc, can I switch ?

To uninstall Sierra Chart, refer to:

You can move Sierra Chart to any computer you want:
Transferring Sierra Chart Settings and Data From Existing Installation to New Installation

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

Refer to the following for instructions on how to connect once a month to your *live funded* trading account to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees:
