Unable to access CME data after renewal

Renewed sierra chart annual subscription as well sierrachart data feed. Not able to access to real time CME data. NOthing changed on my side. Just disconnected/reconnected. It was working fine last night. Getting this message. Not find the option to renew CME data feed in the available services. Hi, Not finding the option to subscribe to CME exchange. Is it not possible to get CME data anymore from Sierra data feed even if I want to use only one connection? Please advice. Thanks Diwakar |

Due to the requirements of the CME and changes from our providers, we have had to change the way our data feeds are setup. So at this time, for the CME data, you will need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed. For other exchanges, you will need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. You can use both at the same time, and if you do use both you will get a $10 USD per month credit to offset some of the additional cost. I was mainly subscribing to CME group exchanges and s&P cash indices. When I renewed my subscription to Sierra feed this morning, I was not aware that CME feed will not be available anymore through that feed (it was not mentioned anywhere). Is it possible to switch this Sierra subscription to Denali if I want only CME group exchange feed without losing the payment made.(as the monthly fees are the same) I would really appreciate your help. Yes this is possible and we will give you a credit. Just confirm you just want to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed and CME data.
