Dear Support,

Could you help me defining my budget for the following services, how much would the monthly costs be ?

- have live and historical data on EUREX and CME, CBOT, NYMEX, and COMEX exchanges.
- trade with server-side managed OCO and bracket orders. (I assume I would use your datafeed and order routing through TT)
- use AMP
- use Sierra Chart Package 5

Could you break down the costs for me as I'm getting a lost with all the documentations.

Many thanks and kind regards.

A couple questions first:
1. Are you a Professional as defined by the CME?
2. Do you wish to pay all costs through your AMP account? Since you want EUREX, you would not be able to set-up all payments through AMP.

Dear Support,

Many thanks for your message.

1. I'm not a Professional as defined by the CME
2. The simpler the better, however I don't need to pay all costs through the AMP account.

OK, if we begin with getting you your real-time data

(1) Your CME Group Data will come from the Denali Data Feed (CBOT, CME, COMEX, and NYMEX):

Step 1: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements

Documentation for Denali: Denali Exchange Data Feed

(2) and your EUREX data will come from the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed:

Thank you for your answer. I read all the links you provided however I cannot complete since my trading account with AMP is open but not funded.

So if I understand correctly, the monthly costs would be:

- Sierra Chart Package 5 : 36 USD
- Denali : 20 USD (and not 25 USD because I use the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service)
- Eurex : 21 USD for exchange fees non-profesionnal + 15 USD for Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed (=25-10 because I also use Denali)

That would be a total fixed price of 82 USD/months and I would have sever side managed orders and order routing through TT for EUREX, CBOT, CME, COMEX, and NYMEX ? Am I understanding this correctly ?

How would I calculate my volume fees with AMP with a say a 10000 USD account ?

Hi there User730867, regarding your question "How would I calculate my volume fees with AMP with a say a 10000 USD account" -- this is a bigger question for AMP, but on the Sierra Chart side, we charge $0.10 per contract per side - from that we pay TT (Trading Technologies)

Many thanks for the answer, I asked AMP and got my answer. If that can help anyone, it's basically the same as getting CQG except that the $0.10 per side is paid to TT.

I have a question regarding the following chain of events:

- I place a limit buy order below market price, waiting to get filled.
- A few seconds later I place a sell stop order below my buy limit order, this will act a my stop loss. Note, this sell stop is NOT a child/attached order, it's a simple sell stop order. (the limit buy order is not yet filled at this time if that makes any difference).

- Then I lose connection for whatever reason, my internet broke or else and the market moves down sharply, below by buy limit and even below my sell stop.

- What will the result be ? I assume that the orders are at the exchange or on an other server and that I would have taken a loss.

I'm asking this question because there are a lots of support regarding attached orders/OCO/bracket order but I didn't see any about actual order being placed.

I assume that the orders are at the exchange
Yes this is the case. The orders will be working and open even if you lose your Internet connection.
