Hello,
I want to trade through the Sierra Charts. My new AMP Futures broker offers me your Sierra Charts package5 for 25USD per month. Directly from SC is it 40USD per month. My question is, this is the same service? Is there any difference? That's all I'm going to pay for using the package5? Directly at SC will not have to pay anything? Direct SC account I already have. Thank you.

Information about Sierra Chart accounts provided by a broker such as AMP, Velocity or TransAct:

If you are provided a Sierra Chart account from a broker, that you do not directly pay Sierra Chart for and that you did not directly create through the Sierra Chart website, this account has some limitations and some things to be understood about it. These are explained below.

-If you wish to use the Sierra Chart account provided by your broker, make sure you are logged into it by following the instructions here:

- For account related help with your broker provided Sierra Chart account, you need to contact your broker for help with it. We do not provide account related support for those accounts. We do provide help with basic features of the software on our Support Board.

- You will need to contact your broker for help with connection problems to their trading server from Sierra Chart.

- If you want to use other supported Data or Trading services with Sierra Chart, you must have your own directly paid for Sierra Chart account. This is explained in detail here:

-For any help with using Sierra Chart, contact us on our Support Board:

-You cannot use the Sierra Chart provided data feeds.
