Not getting any live feed on denali
I have followed all the proper steps but I can not get any live feed
any help would be appreciated

Hi we solved problem yesterday but now I have no feed again
and still no Full DOM

what can I do so I don't have to contact you every time I try and use sierra
i never get a answer whats going on

If you are having a problem doing something with Sierra Chart, then in many cases the Message Log will be helpful.

Copy and paste the *entire* copy of the Message Log into your email message or Support Board message according to the instructions below. Sending some of the lines is not helpful. The entire Message Log is needed. The Message Log does not contain any private information.

1. If the Sierra Chart Message Log is not already open, then select "Window >> Message Log" on the menu to open it. If you still do not see the log after selecting this command, then select "Window >> Reset Windows". The Message Log will be displayed in this case. If not, then select "Window >> Message Log" again.

2. Press the "Copy Log" button or use "Edit >> Copy Entire Log" on the menu on the Message Log window. This will automatically copy the Message Log to the system clipboard. Do not use the "Send for Analysis". Otherwise, the log will not be seen.

3. Move your Pointer to the message area either in the email message, Support Board or Account Support Ticket.

4. Right-click your Pointer. Select "Paste" on the menu to paste it into the message area.
