I have checked the "always run the 64 bit version" in general settings, but now I need to start Sierra in 32 bit, and I cannot change that setting back be cause I have issues running 64 bit version.

What would be the way to start Sierra in 32 bit mode again?

thank you

You really just have to delete the main configuration file:
Resetting Sierra Chart to a Default State

You just need to delete this file:
Sierra3.cfg

ok, I could open Sierra in 32bit, that means I lost all configurations? Any way I can recover my configurations? I still have the file.

Also, how can I dload the 2021 build of SC?

Thank you!!

Refer to the information here to download a specific version of Sierra Chart:
Software Download: Software Rollback Procedure

You can restore an older version of Sierra3.cfg from before when you activated the option to always use the 64-bit version:
Restoring Backup Global Configuration File

But really we are not sure why you are having a problem with the 64-bit version. Try running Sierra Chart in Safe Mode:

Newer versions of Sierra Chart are provided as 64-bit only. This is why the 64-bit version is run.
