I use Interactive Brokers normally works good but in the last week got message below

In the last week I received this message below and has been taking longer to load my charts. I need to Log Off Sierra charts and then Log back in for it to load charts properly. I use Intraday charting and it Never says Download Failed. Just longer time to load my charts.

What can I do to to fix this problem?

- For reliable trading in the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX, ICE US, ICE Europe, and EUREX futures markets from Sierra Chart, we recommend using the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service instead of Interactive Brokers. There are many advantages and a high degree of stability and reliability as compared to Interactive Brokers. Interactive Brokers can still be used for stock and Forex trading, and trading in other futures markets not given above. This service does not work with Interactive Brokers and an account with a different clearing firm is required.

I need to Log Off Sierra charts and then Log back in for it to load charts properly.
This does not make sense to us. You never need to exit from Sierra Chart to correct the problem. We are not sure exactly what the issue is or what you mean by "properly".

However we advise you to use the Sierra Chart data feeds instead of Interactive Brokers:

We are not totally clear on the problem but certainly using our own data feeds is going to help.
