and has been taking longer to load my charts.
This is because of the greater amount of market activity.

I need to Log Off Sierra charts and then Log back in for it to load charts properly.
This does not make sense to us. You never need to exit from Sierra Chart to correct the problem. We are not sure exactly what the issue is or what you mean by "properly".

However we advise you to use the Sierra Chart data feeds instead of Interactive Brokers:

We are not totally clear on the problem but certainly using our own data feeds is going to help.
