Double check orders

I'm searching for a way to double check orders I put on Sierra, I trade directly via Chart Trade.
Had past experiences where a position was closed on the platform while in reality still open on the exchange.

Is there some kind of TT credentials I can use to double check orders routing via tt mobile ?

We recommend using the Sierra Chart Web-based trading panel:

It is active for your account.

And we recommend using Server 4 to check positions.

Had past experiences where a position was closed on the platform while in reality still open on the exchange.
If this is true this is very concerning. We have not known there to be a case of this other than once which was an issue resolved by TT. It was a TT problem.

And we do not think checking a TT mobile application is going to give you any better information regarding positions. As we said we have not known there to be a problem with position reporting other than one incident a long time ago.

One thing we also want to mention is we checked your TT account and that is set to generate start of day (SOD) records each day. So there should not be any Position reporting issues.

Perfect. I just asked AMP if they had a way to double check flatten positions, and customer support said No, not for SC/TT.

Glad this functionality works for checking closed positions.

Your broker can certainly see all of your Positions and Orders on TT and cancel orders and close a position. AMP definitely has the ability to do that. That is with certainty. If they did not, that would be a major issue.
