And we recommend using Server 4 to check positions.

Had past experiences where a position was closed on the platform while in reality still open on the exchange.
If this is true this is very concerning. We have not known there to be a case of this other than once which was an issue resolved by TT. It was a TT problem.

And we do not think checking a TT mobile application is going to give you any better information regarding positions. As we said we have not known there to be a problem with position reporting other than one incident a long time ago.
