Need help with MESH20

my Sierra chart trading on MESH20 is doing some crazy stuff. 1. Trading activity log shows that im in possition. and negative in -333.28 2. everytime i placed order long, and took small profit, it showed negative. 3. When i hit flatten (in this ticker), it says "Unable to flatten or Reverse because possition doesn't exist 4. It happens only in MESH20...i downloaded current version and Pre release as well....(multiple times)...logged off and on, closed - re-opened.. 5. CQG platform shows no live order and im in possitive teritory (+ $24.25) But in Trade activity log shows -$333.28 and still open order. 6. I had Tech support from Amp futures log in to my comp multiple times and they couldn't fix it...it looks like it is in Sierra platform In short CQG desktop platform shows all my trade activity to be exactly correct, it is sierra charts that does not seem to be properly showing the correct profit and loss for my account. You are referring to the Trade Statistics for Charts sub window/tab in the Trade Activity Log. you are suggesting to use your data feed???? If yes, than i will stop using Sierra chart. Like i said, it happens only on MESH. Order is still there at this moment, unable to flatten...reverse etC.,,...It is not normal... |
