Transact is aware of the issue, and they have implemented performance improvements on their side which we have then implemented correspondingly on the Sierra Chart side. We recommend you update to the latest prerelease with Help >> Download Prerelease.

You will need to ask Transact that question.

transact advised that live and sim are same feed,
Noticed in ver 2061/64 prerelease control bar shows drawing studies by description rather than icons showing what the study looks like..could you please reverse that? graphic representation of studies much more convenient than descrptive representation. thanks

To use the default image for a button, follow the instructions here:
Control Bar: Control Bar Button Properties

It is explained specifically at step 10. But you need to follow the beginning steps to open the button properties.

I noticed recently that my alert manager screen does not report a formula error I know I intentionally introduced an error in a formula by substituting an "i" instead of a "1". The study doesnt execute on the chart but no error is given in the alert manager. after I remove the error, the formula executes on the chart.
The only change to my set up is I added 8 GB ram memory to 16Vs 8 before .to my Core i5"i5" computer running win 10 on Ver 1067/64.
The freqeuncy of data losss seems reduced by he upgrade but not totally eliminated. Protected mode didnt help either.
Would welcome a remote assistance from SC to look at my setup and computer since Transact isnt much helpful. my phone is (904) 272-3407 est 8-4 pm

We do not provide any technical help for the Transact data feed or any external data feed. Those are beyond our control.

It is entirely possible that your formula was still valid with that character change. We would need to see the formula.

As to the issues with the data, that is related to the Transact data feed. The only thing we can do is recommend you use our Denali Data Feed in order to alleviate the issue. You will find more information on the data feed here;
Denali Exchange Data Feed

With regards to the Denali Feed and your reference, I am at a total loss following these instructions to get the Denali feed. I would appreciate a remote assistance to help me with the Delali feed. Iam a non commercial user,interested only trading the emini Es intraday and lookback a couple of days using the Sierra charts and allowing transferring my SC formulas and studies having invested a couple of years in them. I would need guidance locating and signing up with a firm that uses SC and the Denali Feed.My phone is (904) 272-3407, 9-4 pm EST thank you.
