Platform Freezing on Startup

For the past week or 10 days, my SC platform is freezing on startup. At first I assumed it was possibly the extra load on the data feeds worldwide caused by all the volatility. But it continues even now and other SC users I have talked with are NOT experiencing any similar problems. I am running the Denali setup and on startup am loading only 1 Chartbook, comprised of 3 charts (CLx2 + ES) running the same studies I was using before the problem started.

This is now the sequence of events on EVERY startup:

- The Connection Status Light is RED - NOT CONNECTED and remains this way FOR sometimes 5 MINUTES or more before turning Green/Live;

- The 3 Charts are showing Historical Download in Progress, and they stay that way until the Connection Status changes to Green/Live;

- Even after all 3 charts are active and the status light Green, the entire platform is very sluggish and non responsive. For example, if I attempt to change anything on any of the charts, the response is very slow and jerky.

- Sometimes, but not often, a PC or Platform restart helps.

As a result, the platform is completely useless for trading and evaluating studies. IT NEEDS HELP AND SO DO I....
