i am not getting any data feed to my sierra charts im connected to feed but nothing is reacting to it getting message "must to connect to your live trading account for the new month" i connected to live but still no feed |

hey i am not able to trade on my live account only sim, i keep activating and paying for the services but cant make any trades on my live account, i seem to have this issue every time i repay all the fees every month, what am i doing wrong ,

i can still not figure out how to get my sierra chart to conect to my trading account, i can only trade sim mode, the chart will not let me place orders on my live account, i have had this isue for a few months and keep paying 240 a month to trade but i cant, any help would be appreeated but im not sure why i keep paying so and dont get any service to my live account
