How do I move up /change order of studies

I have a chart with several studies but I need to change the order of the studies. In the attached image main chart is in Section 1. I would like to move up the study in Section 3 and move up the study in section 4. I want the study in section 2 to be on the bottom (where section 4 is now). Also, how do I make sections 1, 3, and 4 all the same size? Currently section 1 is biggest and section 3 may be slightly smaller than section 4.

What you are calling Sections are called Chart Regions in Sierra Chart. Each study has this setting on the Settings and Inputs tab. You adjust the vertical size of the region with the mouse on the scale. See how here: Working With Charts: Chart Window and Regions
