Sierra fees billed twice [AMP futures]

Hello, I am using sierra via AMPFUTURES, i was billed by AMP for the febrary fees (25$). But, sierra required that I have to repay (36$)to continue use my services. How would I get refunded, please. In the same time I am using CQG datafeed, I want to switch to DENALI seirra datafeed, do I need to do it with via AMP or directly from sierrachart. Hi User533759, we see that your statement references the Jan20 Sierra Package 5, and we see that you were correctly on AMP Reseller Billing in January, so that part makes sense. In February you paid directly for your Sierra Chart account $36, you purchased 31 days of usage time on February 11th, that will take you into March. Regarding your interest in the Denali Data Feed, if you sign up in the month of March we can give it to you without cost, also there will be no exchange fee either. To take advantage of that you would need to wait until at least Sunday March 1st to sign up.
