Hello, I am using sierra via AMPFUTURES, i was billed by AMP for the febrary fees (25$). But, sierra required that I have to repay (36$)to continue use my services. How would I get refunded, please. In the same time I am using CQG datafeed, I want to switch to DENALI seirra datafeed, do I need to do it with via AMP or directly from sierrachart.
