Hello SC team,

For years I have learned and researched your platform and paid for it.
Since the new legislation with the derivative tax (Germany) means that for private traders, this was a big blow.
And now I have to give up the beloved Sierrachart.
Because Rithmic is no longer supported, because that's the only place where we traders from Germany can still trade
with TST, Leeloo, SMBCapital, E2T, Oneup, etc. all Rithmic.
It is not understandable to me that this was discontinued!?
From a technical point of view, it's about the customers, even if it's uncomfortable for your engineers.
Ninjatrader, RT, Tradenavigator, etc. certainly have to struggle with it.
However, you offer it for educational reasons.
Now I am forced to use another platform on Ninjatrader.
And I'm expected to be disappointed with this platform and the others are no better.
Had to do this because I have enjoyed working with your excellent software for many years.
This company policy is very, very sad.

The answer here is very simple. First, consider leaving Germany. It is a big world.


However, much more importantly, these services TST, Leeloo, SMBCapital, E2T, Oneup can all use these order routing and simulation services available here:

So you should make an effort to request these services be used by them. That is the proper cleanest and most reliable solution.

After we read what you said, we are even more adamant about removing support for Rithmic. It is a complete joke, that Rithmic has some lock on this market and creates a situation like this. That is not going to continue.

Our position remains firm, support for Rithmic is discontinued. We provide a high-quality platform and services, and those trading evaluators/funding services, need to move to our new high quality services.

We are very grateful for your posting and we need more like this. It is necessary to bring about a change and create proper competition.

Sierra Chart still supports connections to Rithmic and it is intended to stay until December 2020, so at the moment there is not a problem. You can continue to use Sierra Chart.


When we say we are not providing support for Rithmic any longer, we are referring to answering technical questions.

So there is plenty of time to convince those trading evaluators/funding companies to use the Sierra Chart services we linked to above.

Hallo SC Team,

Ich sehe dass Ihr Dienst sicherlich viel besser ist als der von Rithmic.
Haben Sie von den Propfirmen schon ein Feedback bekommen ?
Ich werde dies auch persönlich bei allen Firmen nachfragen.
Dann können Sie ja auch 2 Dienste anbieten SC und R. zb.
darauf werde ich hinweisen.
Ehrlich gesagt ist SC um Nasenlängen voraus und den anderen Plattformen weit überlegen.
Ninjatrader hat ja nur Grundfunktionen man muss alles dazukaufen Updates alle Schaltjahre und stürzt dauernd ab. 2 - 3 mal die Woche, in volatilen Phasen !!
Das hatte ich in all den Jahren mit Sierrachart nicht einmal gehabt.
Ich hoffe dass sich die Propfirmen darauf einigen können ihren Dienst anzubieten.
Bezüglich des Auswanderns ist wohl eh die zukünftige Richtung meinerseits. Die Lebensqualität ist sehr schlecht in Deutschland.
Die Trader hier laufen gerade Amok hier. Sicherlich ist auch Sierrachart davon in wahrscheinlich kleinem ausmaße davon betroffen.

I see that your service is much better than that of Rithmic.
Have you already received feedback from the trial companies?
I will also ask dies at all companies.

Quite frankly, SC is a step ahead and far reaching the others.
Ninjatrader has only basic functions you have to add everything updates every leap year and fall. 2-3 times a week, in volatile phases !!
I hadn't even killed that with Sierrachart in all years.
I heard that the trial companies are referring to the fact that they have done their job.
Having emigrated is probably the right direction anyway. The owner is very bad in Germany.
The traders here are running amok here. Sierrachart is probably also affected to a small extent.

Hello SC Team,

Can you guarantee me that Sierrchart will work with Rithmic until December ? And with which version number? I sincerely hope that a solution will be found for the prop companies. It is frustrating to find a new multiconnect platform. when you're used to SC. C++ Rock Solid and Superfast.

Yes you can definitely expect it will be working until December and beyond. Since even if we remove support earlier than December and we would not expect anything until September you can continue to use an old version we would expect at least a year after.
