Hello Sierra, I set up my data feed on Denali with Ray. Tonight I entered two different orders into my Sierra Chart system and neither order was recognized by Gain my broker. The Service setting is GainCapital/OEC trading. This is how I had it set up on Friday and it worked fine. Do I need to change the Service setting to Sierra they list two different options. Also do the symbols change and how do I deal with that. Please advise as no orders are routing to Gain I can send a screen shot of the current settings if you would like. Please advise. I'm having the same issue and this is the nail in the coffin for me. I'm done with Gain and I'm currently working with my broker to switch to TT and hopefully I'll be able to trade without constant issues.

Same problem here with Gain Capital. Used Interactive Brokers before them :( Sierra Chart Engineering, do you have a short list of futures brokers for US customers that work best with Sierra Chart? |

Same here. It appears that Gain Capital and Sierra don't match very well. I thought all problems was solved, but it appears that they aren't, and will never be. Bad news, because there is no really good solution for us who use Sierra and Jigsaw and Eurex markets. Not without much more money monthly. :-( |

Gain Capital is going to resolve the issue.
